Phillip and Charre Smith are Realtors with All City Real Estate. They serve the Fort Worth and Temple TX areas and all surrounding cities.
Phillip was a Minister of Music for 32 years before branching into Real Estate. He has a Bachelor of Music degree from Howard Payne University in Brownwood, TX. He also has a Master of Music degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. Phillip is the Minister to Senior Adults at Cross Church in North Richland Hills, TX. He is passionate about Jesus Christ, his wife (Charre) and music.
Charre has her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Howard Payne University in Brownwood, TX. She also has her Early Childhood Certification. She has taught 1st and 3rd grades in the public school system. She has also taught children's choirs, voice, piano and flute private lessons. She has three books in print. Her children's book is entitled, "The Adventures of Bubba Bear." She has also written a book entitled "Time Is Of The Essence" which tells of the cancer journey of her husband, Phillip. Her newest book is entitled "Merry Musings." When your world gets hard and you need to take a moment to lighten it up or get a little chuckle and then some spiritual application, you need to read a devotional from “Merry Musings.”

You can see pictures and information about each of the homes. Once you are ready to see some homes, we will meet you at the homes so you can begin dreaming of how you would live in your dream home.
We will walk you through the entire process from making an offer on a home to closing on it in the future. This includes advice on mortgage brokers, title companies, home warranties, etc.
Sellers Representative
Selling a house on your own can be a daunting task, but with and Charre, trusted real estate professionals by your side, it becomes a breeze.
We will guide you through every step of the selling process. When you are ready to list your home, we will walk through your home to give you suggestions that might need repair. This can often be overseen from sellers since they are in the home all of the time. We will make sure wonderful pictures are taken so your home will look the very best to the online lookers.
Once your home is ready to be listed for everyone to see, we will do our very best to promote your home on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). We will also do open houses, other online promotion, etc.
We will be in constant contact with other agents, title companies, loan officers, etc. to ensure everything is moving quickly so you can close on time.
